Introduction:
Aquino da Silva, a designer from Macau, is keen on using a different medium for calligraphy creation. He has participated in exhibitions in Japan, Taiwan etc. Since there is a lack of resourcing of tools in calligraphy in his hometown and neighbouring regions, and the desire to have special calligraphy appliance, he is determined to become a penholder craftsman.

By stepping into the history of a long time and has been a pioneer in Europe and the United States in the field of pens, Aquino strives hard to catch up and study, and at the same time, he encouraged himself to push his limits to create new designs.
